I'm Larry, small business owner, writer, researcher, and psychology graduate. From an academic base in psychology, 20+ years in business, and amateur endurance sport, I aim to assist athletes and the self-employed find clarity and direction in career & work.
I am an honours graduate in psychology from DBS Dublin (PSI accredited) and graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. My work is informed through personal experience and established research and theory. Outside official programs and CPD course work, I continue to research and write on expertise, creativity and human performance.
My business experience began at 25 and spans 20+ years in the construction and service industries. In sport, I've been an enthusiastic and committed amateur involved in the GAA since I was a child. But I became too slow, so I took up extreme endurance running completing over 80 marathons and ultra events. Today I run for fitness.
My background is in small business and endurance sport, so I work best with athletes, freelancers, and the self-employed. I take a systematic and methodical approach to optimal human performance, helping you develop and refine the psychological skills necessary to function and deliver your best under pressure and high stakes.
